Lower School Students Exceed Book Collection Target!

February 4, 2016

In just two weeks, the Grade Four students' all-school book collection has brought in nearly 650 books! The students decided to take action upon learning that Jana Bhawana did not have any books, and that our High School students are planning to build a library during our expedtion in March. They will continue to collect the books until we depart on March 24. In addition to collecting books and learning materials, they have organized two fun days to raise awareness and collect funds. These will take place during Lower School recesses on February 25 and 26. Students in Grades 1-5 will have the chance to participate in relays, prayer flag hunts and traditional Nepalese games upon donation of their spare change!
